"lead": "Понос с пеной – тревожный симптом, который требует немедленного принятия мер. Он характерен для тяжёлых расстройств желудочно-кишечного тракта, и представляет опасность как для ребёнка, так и для взрослого пациента. Чтобы лечение было успешным, в первую очередь нужно выяснить причину недомогания.При появлении поноса с пеной у взрослого причины обычно выясняются после лабораторного анализа. К самым распространённым заболеваниям, вызывающим этот симптом, относятся:Острые кишечные инфекции бактериальной или вирусной этиологии. Симптоматика заболеваний может быть различной, в зависимости от типа возбудителя. Среди общих признаков заболевания – повышение температуры тела, тошнота и рвота, боль в эпигастрии, упадок сил и апатия. Возможны нарушения нервной системы из-за действия энтеротоксинов – потеря координации, спазмы и судороги мышц.\r\nАллергическая реакция. Понос пенистый у взрослого характерен для пищевых аллергий, вызванных употреблением в пищу определённых продуктов. Клинические проявления включают кожную сыпь, отеки; повышение температуры наблюдается редко.\r\nДисбактериоз – нарушение состава кишечной микрофлоры. Развивается как осложнение после перенесённых инфекционных заболеваний, длительного приёма медикаментов, пищевых отравлений и нарушения иммунитета. Сопровождается потерей аппетита, общей слабостью и упадком сил.\r\nГельминтозы. Как правило, пенистый понос жёлтого или светло-зелёного цвета характерен для острой стадии заболевания, и сопровождается аллергическими реакциями – кожной сыпью, отёчностью, крапивницей. Возможны диспепсические проявления (метеоризм, изжога, вздутие), а также боль в животе. После перехода болезни в хроническую стадию эти симптомы становятся менее выраженными.\r\nВоспалительные процессы в органах желудочно-кишечного тракта. Они характерны для таких заболеваний, как колит, гастрит, энтероколит, язвенная болезнь желудка и двенадцатипёрстной кишки. Пенистый понос белого цвета сопровождается интенсивным болевым синдромом, локализующимся в эпигастральной области, наличием прожилок крови в кале или комочков слущенного эндотелия.\r\nПобочное действие лекарственных препаратов. При соблюдении безопасных дозировок встречается редко, но может быть следствием приёма витаминно-минеральных комплексов и чрезмерного увлечения самолечением.Употребление определённых продуктов питания. Пенообразный понос может появляться в качестве индивидуальной реакции при непереносимости глютена, неполном расщеплении структуры клейковины злаков либо целиакия.\r\nГормональные нарушения в организме, вызванные беременностью. Пенистая диарея нередко наблюдается на ранних сроках гестации как проявление токсикоза. Не исключено и появление симптома в последнем триместре.\r\nХроническое злоупотребление алкоголем. Симптом характерен для поздних стадий алкогольной зависимости, вызывающей тяжёлые системные расстройства. Кроме того, пенистая диарея может быть вызвана употреблением некачественных спиртных напитков и суррогатов.\r\nСильный психоэмоциональный стресс. Нервное расстройство может привести к кратковременному нарушению пищеварения. При этом другие физиологические проявления отсутствуют.",
